Scarlet Fitch is from Silent Hill Homecoming (5) So I do not own her character.

This girl is so sad... her doll maybe creepy but the boss... Oh my gosh. Scarlet in her boss form (that porcealine 12 foot doll) is my favourite boss of the series right after Pyramid head. I find her beautifully designed and very symbolic so you could say that she's my favourite background character (that status lower then minor).
